Residential Life Counselor
Primary responsibilities: In student living settings - provides training, counseling and guidance to Washington State School for the Blind students for the purpose of facilitating student self-sufficiency; designs, implements, and assesses student development instructional programs; and creates and maintains a safe and secure environment.

"A full-time, administrative exempt position located in the Seattle area. Assessing learning needs; developing and producing training curricula and materials; implementing and coordinating training programs (face-to-face or distance education formats); providing on-site training, organizational development and/or technical assistance to community rehabilitation programs.

Compensation will range from $37,000 to $41,000 with excellent benefits package. This is an annual appointment based on the availability of grant funds.
