Full time position supervising the Vocational Rehabilitation component of a large inner city Community Mental Health Center. Duties include supervision, training, rehabilitation assessment and planning, design and implementation of pre-vocational and vocational programming.

Qualifications

• Applicant should have knowledge of state Division of Rehabilitation Services guidelines.
• Master's Degree in vocational or counseling areas required.
• Certification in Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC) or eligibility required.
• Two years experience in a mental health setting preferred.

Job Description:
Collect and evaluate referral information and presenting questions for each person served, develop and implement individual evaluation plan, provide person served with evaluation program orientation. Administer test instruments, coordinate situational assessment, and conduct evaluation interviews. Analyze the results of evaluation and asessment information and make recommendations Review results and recommendations with the person served and the referral source.

Employment Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have a Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field or any individual with CRC or CVE. Candidates with Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field and 2 years experience as a Vocational Evaluator will also be considered.
